The Security operational area is responsible for the management, governance, coordination, and follow-up of the security work within Försäkringskassan. The area’s responsibilities include information security, security protection, crisis preparedness, sector responsibility, incident management, and access administration. The security work is based on Försäkringskassan's management system for security, which the operational area is also responsible for developing and managing.

Information Security

All employees within the Security operational area have a primary focus within one of our areas of responsibility. As an access administrator, you will be part of the access area, and the position is primarily focused on work within the information security area.

Administration, Service, IT

As an access administrator, you create added value for the organization by providing administrative support regarding access. You register, change, and revoke access in Försäkringskassan's systems, ensuring that decisions regarding access are made in accordance with applicable regulations. With the customer in focus, you perform your tasks, which sometimes require independent decision-making and quick deliveries. You provide service and information to our customers, who are both within and outside Försäkringskassan, through the available channels in the organization. This includes phone, case management systems, and email. An important task is to contribute to increased customer knowledge about rights and obligations within access administration. This is to help strengthen the customer’s understanding and insight into Försäkringskassan's information security work.

In your contacts with customers, many cases are of a more complex nature, requiring a good ability to solve problems. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness. The variety in daily work is significant. In addition to processing and supporting access in a large number of IT systems, we regularly work on improvement and development activities. We are looking for someone who:

• has a high school diploma with an IT focus or equivalent experience/qualifications
• has good IT skills
• is service-oriented
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• is stable and can maintain energy even in demanding situations
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both orally and in writing
• has a good ability to use a computer as a working tool.

It is meritorious if you:

• have experience working in a helpdesk, for example, with IT support
• have experience from work in an organization that administers access
• have experience from organizations that work with continuous improvements
• have experience of being able to work independently and make decisions within the area of responsibility.

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. Employed in the professional role of Administrative Officer. Försäkringskassan may conduct a financial background check before employment. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. The position requires work on-site at the office in Uppsala.
